My elderly mother had an urgent repair. When I called the person at the front desk was so helpful! She was able to give me all of my mom’s history and I didn’t even know my mom had been seen there before. This saved me so much time. They keep good records and their front office staff was very helpful.

My dental office is simply the best πŸ™‚. My dentist and hygienist are like family ❀️. I can't wait to get all my dental work done professionally and safely πŸ’–. I would recommend them to anyone. Check them out please. I love you guys.

This was definitely the worst dental experience I've ever had in my life. Extremely unprofessional. I ended up in the emergency room. Do not go there if you can help it at all. Definitely do not let them extract any teeth. Their equipment is dirty and gave me an infection. The receptionist/insurance/billing/hygienist, is the rudest, crudist most unhelpful person I've ever had to deal with in any medical setting, the dentist isn't any better. Reading all these other reviews was no help to me all those people are liars. Dr Thompson and his crew are not kind or compassionate in any way shape or form. There was something very strange about the suction thing that they use it was hard and angular and she scraped the inside of my mouth with it every time she used it, she didn't use it right at all and it hurt and it didn't work right suctioning out the spit. I'm 54 years old and have been to many dentists in my life and I have never seen anything or felt anything like that it was both the equipment and the woman using it. It was extremely strange and unpleasant and the whole time I'm thinking what is really going on here. They also didn't communicate with me verbally at all. And seemed to

The very best experience I have had at the dentist! I recently had dentures at another dentist 😬 the dentures they put in my mouth were excessively big for my mouth. This man gave me my smile back and best of all I can eat again. I will never go anywhere else. I would recommend going to him before anywhere else. The staff is excellent and professional. The very best. I wish I would have chosen them first.

Dr. Thompson is wonderful. He is very gentle and takes his time. I had my first filling done today, and he was so nice. He was very patient. Holly is so sweet and knows her stuff. I love Brenda too. She is the best hygienist I have ever had. I love visiting with her too

First of all I don’t know any dentist that is willing to hang a denture on a tooth that has an 8 mm periodontal pocket with a class to mobility. Twice the dentist tried to take an impression to make a denture for me, neither one of the dentures fit. Dr. Thompson told me to just try it even after I told him the denture didn’t fit. He blamed the misfit denture and the denture lab, but I myself have worked in a denture lab so in reality, the denture lab makes a complete replica of the impression from the dentist. So if you get an ill fitting denture it is the replica of the impression from the dentist. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else, Preferably a dentist that can take an accurate Alginet impression. Also The first picture is a picture of the denture after I had my tooth replaced and it is not connected properly between the tooth And the acrylic on the denture and it shows that food has been pushing up underneath between the acrylic and tooth in the denture. So apparently he has chosen a low grade dental lab to make his dentures as well as his terrible Alginet impressions. So glad at the end that I actually found a good dentist outside of that office and got a fabu

Dr. Thompson and his staff and friendly, caring, and professional. They provide dental services of high quality and low pain. :) Dr. Thompson's front desk and assistant Deb were very good to me. I look forward to meeting the rest at future appointments. The staff have all worked together a long time, and that says a lot about a practice. I am so grateful I found this office and plan on having all my dental needs cared for here. You will NOT be disappointed, you will LOVE it here. :)
